This book launched me on my spiritual journey. 'Gabriella Rebranded' was only created because of Gabrielle Bernstein and this book in particular. Recommended to me in October 2022, this book completely changed the way I continued on, directed, and viewed my life after my accident. This book's overarching thesis is simple: choose love, not fear. This book taught me that I wasn't alone or lacking support, though it almost always felt like that. Really, there was something supporting me the entire time, the greatest thing of all, the Universe. Through practices like meditation, prayer, affirmations, and surrender—you can release limiting beliefs and reconnect with an abundant, loving reality. This book encourages embracing uncertainty, trusting that the Universe supports you and that one is never truly alone, and using obstacles as spiritual “assignments” for growth and inner healing .
