The first resource I wanted to recommend is Ayla Nola's Yoga Nidra podcast. I first heard about Yoga Nidra at the Love Your Brain retreat, and Yoga Nidra knocks me the fuck out. I've been a raging insomniac since I was eight, and that only got worse after having a brain injury, so I've tried everything for sleep. It is not typical yoga. You're not holding any stances or doing any flexible poses. You're lying down in a meditative state. I use it for insomnia, but there are much shorter practices to sort of rest and recharge, and Ayla Novas happens to be my favorite. Ayla's podcast is available on Spotify, Apple, YouTube, wherever you get your podcasts. Ayla got certified for Yoga Nidra in India in2015 2015. She was diagnosed with leukemia in 2018 and became even more interested in the healing benefits of Yoga Nidra. On her website, she also offers retreats and workshops that you can check out. I know a lot of people are having anxiety right now, and sleep can be a bit of an issue, but luckily, Yoga Nidra is there for me, and I don't have to resort to potentially habit forming prescription sleep pills. Yoga Nidra. Ayla Nova. Check it out. Okay, bye.
